The online application systems we have developed employ advanced techniques to validate the information the client is entering. Addresses are input via a Royal Mail address validation system, telephone numbers match the standard Ofcom format, email addressees have the correct syntax and if required, we can even validate bank account sort codes and account numbers online to ensure they are correct.

In our experience there is a fine line between quality and quantity when it comes to the information collected in an online application form. A short form will tend to generate larger volumes whilst an application that collects more information will provide a more qualified lead and ultimately a more committed customer. Additionally, a more detailed form reduces the man-hours employed on the initial telesales process. That's not to say that our application forms are long winded - far from it: they are clear, concise and to the point.
